What we do

Services

Two specialties under one roof: electrical work and remodeling. We also draw the plans and pull the permits, so you have fewer subcontractors and one point of contact from design to final inspection.

Panel Upgrades

Replace outdated or undersized electrical panels to safely support modern appliances, additions, and new circuits.

Rewiring

Whole-home or partial rewiring to replace aging wiring and bring your electrical system up to current code.

Lighting

Interior and exterior lighting design and installation, including recessed, under-cabinet, landscape, and fixture upgrades.

EV Chargers

Home EV charger installation, including dedicated circuits and any panel work needed to support your vehicle.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering lights, or other issues. We find the cause and fix it safely.

Remodeling & Building

Kitchens

Kitchen remodels from layout changes to cabinets, countertops, and the lighting and electrical to go with them.

Bathrooms

Bathroom updates and full remodels, including fixtures, tile, ventilation, lighting, and GFCI-protected circuits.

Additions

Room additions and expansions planned and built with the structure and electrical handled by the same team.

General Building

General contracting and construction projects, large or small. Tell us what you have in mind.

Design & Permits

We draw the plans and pull the permits for your project, then build to those plans through final inspection.

Permanent Holiday & Accent Lighting

Put your holiday lights up once. Enjoy them all year.

We install permanent LED lighting along your roofline that stays up year-round. The low-profile track is designed to blend in with your trim during the day. At night, you choose the colors and patterns from your phone, whether it’s Christmas, another holiday, or soft white light for everyday curb appeal.

No more ladders. Skip hanging and taking down lights every season.
Control it from your phone. Change colors and patterns from an app whenever you like.
Ready for every occasion. Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, birthdays, game days, and more.
Year-round accent lighting. Warm white light shows off your home and lights up the outside every night of the year.
A clean, low-profile look. Lights mount in a track along the roofline instead of clips and loose cords.
Installed by electricians. We handle the mounting, wiring, and power connection so it’s done safely and neatly.

About us

One contractor for the wiring and the walls

Keller Dickson Associates is a general building and electrical contractor. We specialize in electrical work and remodeling, so the same team that plans your project also handles the electrical that goes behind it. We’re based in Palo Cedro, California, and serve homeowners in Palo Cedro and surrounding communities.

Remodels often depend on electrical work: new circuits for a kitchen, lighting for a bathroom, or a panel upgrade for an addition. Keeping both under one contractor means simpler scheduling, clearer communication, and one team accountable for the result. We draw the plans and pull the permits too, so your project is handled from the first drawing to the final inspection.
